Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Data entry and database management
  • Position requires degree of subject matter expertise
  • Manage internal and external lists and reports for our Audit Department
  • Research and assemble data
  • Provide guidance and outcome data to management on area of expertise
  • Prepare various documents which may include reports, memos, letters, responses to correspondence, surveys, spreadsheets and presentations
  • File and retrieve documents, records, and reports
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for business meetings
  • Make travel arrangements for executives as requested
  • Input/update information in multiple software programs
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Working knowledge of the public accounting or professional services firm desirable
  • Solid database management skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage deadlines, work efficiently on multiple projects and prioritize assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook skills preferred
  • SalesForce knowledge a plus
  • Effective project management and communication skills
