Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Support management with sales and marketing strategies through research and developing campaigns
  • Identify untapped revenue opportunities by gathering data through market research on industry trends
  • Perform administrative production work on marketing communications
  • Coordinate marketing  and social media activities,  including messaging and content design
  • Assist management with sales and marketing planning
  • Coordinate outside presentation seminars and meetings
  • Maintain critical data resources
  • General administrative tasks as needed
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled or completed bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations relatable major, master's degree preferred
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) fluency
  • Salesforce/CRM experience
  • Social media experience, advanced experience on LinkedIn
  • Basic Photoshop and Adobe Design skills
  • GPA of 3.25 or above
  • Able to multi-task and see projects through to completion
  • Ability to be self-motivated, self-directed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Demonstrate autonomy in problem recognition and resolution

Qualifications Required

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
